Goldline Controls

SGE dba Northeast Engineers & Consultants provided environmental consultation services for a 8-acre site located on a former Navy tank farm and a former Navy dumping area. The property is now occupied by the Goldline Controls Corporate Headquarters.

The objective of the project was to identify recognized environmental conditions, and to characterize and evaluate the nature and extent of soil and groundwater contamination beneath the site. The results of the project were used in planning the development of the property.
