Freedom Bay

SGE dba Northeast Engineers & Consultants conducted a cadastral survey of the 100+ acre  Freedom Bay development abutting West Main Road in Middletown and Portsmouth, RI. After a search of recorded deed and plan information, the survey crews ran traverse lines along previously cleared paths parallel to existing stone walls which defined a large portion of the perimeter property line.  The site of the former Mother of Hope Novitiate, a training school for Catholic girls, was to be transformed into a progressive care retirement community.
