SGE dba Northeast Engineers & Consultants is the lead engineer for the construction of 33 affordable housing units for elderly persons funded by the US Department of Housing & Urban Development. The project includes 4 phases of development: three phases consisting of one 5-unit single-story building each, and one phase consisting of an 18-unit two-story building.
