Northeast Engineers was founded on the strong belief that the long-term growth and prosperity of a business is directly dependent on conscientious work. Our commitment to quality starts before the project begins. Our work plan is the start of the quality process.
Key personnel responsible:
Northeast Engineers will be responsible for the professionalism, technical accuracy and coordination of all services such as designs, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and other work or materials as applicable under the contract. The project submitted will represent the best architectural and engineering solution possible for the scope of work. All work will be in accordance with current criteria, guides, and specifications, and will be in accordance with best engineering practices.
We apply an in-house quality control plan on all jobs to ensure accuracy of design, specifications and content. Our methodology includes: internal organization relative to both the management and development of projects; cost controls in relation to the contract budget; key personnel involved in the design (specially qualified engineers and architects with federal contract experience); and the daily procedures of checks-and-balances for Quality Assurance.

The Final Phase (Submit Final Design Package) and project completion is reached prior to, or according to Task Order deadlines, the turn over of the bound specifications, final tracings, diskettes, CDs, color boards, binders, calculations, drawings, and cost estimate. The documentation is prepared in the number of copies required and is submitted to the contracting officer for final approval. When implemented fully, this process results in coordinated documentation and less change orders in the field.
