SGE dba Northeast Engineers & Consultants was the lead civil engineer for the renovation and expansion of this historic waterfront resort. The project included many sustainable design features including a 16,00 foot deep geothermal well. This was the first permitted well of its kind in Rhode Island. SGE also provided the site design, and obtained state and local permitting for the second membrane filtration wastewater treatment plant in Rhode Island ever permitted in the State.  The Inn will become LEED certified when completed.
